About the event
Come and join us for Lion and Lamb Fitness's first special class. We will have 45 minutes of the original PiYo Live and complete the class with mindful, quiet intentional practice. For the cost of a single class, you will get that class AND a vision board workshop. We will finish the evening with a vision board workshop and have a creative session to create your boards and set the tone for the year. Whether we create a digital vision board or a paper and glue board, there are so many ways to get your goals out in front of you. I can't wait for this!
