4:45 PM Straight Up Strength – 30 mins. with Jen

5:30 PM SOUL Fusion ™ / PiYo Live ® mashup – 45 mins. with Jen

6:30 PM (beginning January 2023) - Zumba ®  with Maria

6:15 PM TRX, kettlebell, battle rope, and slam ball small group training – 1 hour with Jen (*additional cost)

Wednesday

5:30 PM HIIT – 45 mins. with Jen

6:30 PM - Body Flow and Restore 45 mins. with Jen 

Thursday

4:45 PM Straight Up Strength – 30 mins. with Jen

5:30 PM SOUL Fusion ™ or WARRIOR Rhythm™(alternating weeks) – 45 mins. with Jen

6:15 PM Pilates - 45 minutes with Karyn

7:00 PM Beginning in January Strike and Flex - 45 minutes with Jen 

Saturday

8:00 AM TRX, kettlebell, battle rope, and slam ball small group training – 1 hour with Jen (*additional cost)

9:15 AM Kick and Strength – 45 mins. with Jen

10:15 AM PiYo Live ® and BARRE Fusion mash-up – 45 mins. with Jen

Sunday

8:15 AM 30-minute functional training (*additional cost 5 sessions for $50.00)

9:00 AM Kick and SOUL Fusion ™ mashup – 45 mins. with Jen

10:00 AM BARREFusion (™) - 45 minutes with Jen 

 

***Personal Training and Pairs training will be scheduled at times determined by the trainer and client.

 

***On Friday mornings at 7 AM, we do offer a Zoom Stretch and Core.  Zoom links can be provided to those who’d like to attend class.***

 

Virtual Schedule - classes delivered through ZOOM

Each week there will be 10 videos available ON DEMAND.  If you want to stream the videos on your television, you can go to your internet browser on your television, open up Zoom and use the meeting number and password there.  Those 10 videos will be available for the week and new videos will be available each week.  Please do not share those videos with others, as they are intended ONLY for paying members, who have filled out necessary waivers.
