A central focus at Lion and Lamb Fitness is Community

Lion and Lamb Fitness, LLC earmarks 10% of profits to support local, grassroots charities and organizations to make an impact locally with food initiatives, supporting kids and adults with disabilities, victims of domestic violence and human trafficking, and cancer awareness. In addition, charity donations and classes are held throughout the year to provide additional opportunities to support local causes that do amazing things in Rochester, New York.
