Self Defense PLUS!

Join us for more self-defense!  Whether you were able to join us on October 14 or not, you should come and get refreshed and learn 6 more strategies to protect yourself and have plenty of time for active practice of these moves.  It takes practice with application to remember what you can do to keep yourself safe, as well as possess the tools to continue to keep your mind fresh with these skills.  November 4th is just the day to do that!
