Come and join Sandra and her Yin Yoga practice for 1-hour followed by a 1-hour sound bath. Her yoga and sound bathing sessions are designed not just for physical health but also for mental and emotional well-being. Join a session that creates inclusive and welcoming experiences for all participants, regardless of age or ability. The cost of the workshop is $40, but, if you are so inclined to offer the practitioner an additional $10, you can choose that option, as well. Your choice!
