About the event
This REFIT dance class experience focuses on providing a fun and joyful experience through movement, as a community. Participants will engage in various dances while exploring the joy of expression in a doable, exciting class. Additionally, the class includes journaling and discussion sessions, allowing participants to reflect on their experiences and share insights with others, in how dance and movement together can impact mood and overall feelings of happiness.
