What a great gathering this is going to be. A beautiful space, some community exercise, and one of your favorite things...it could be a lotion, chocolate, lip balm, soap, etc...you'll get a numbe when you come in and, after CardioYoga...we will have little favorite things swap! It's a sweet little idea for fun and community building. Bring water, a yoga mat, and your trinket...stick around after for a bite to eat. See you there!
