Service Description

This is a full-body workout that blends cardio, strength training, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning into a total-body workout targeting the legs, hips and upper body.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 3 hours in advance of the class to allow others to be able to book the class. Multiple cancellations (2 or more per month, outside of emergency situations like inclement weather, illnesses, or family emergencies) requested less than 3 hours before class or no-shows for scheduled classes will move the member to the waitlist for classes that are regularly full for the following week. The member will be notified no less than 3 hours prior to class starting as to whether there is an opening for their waitlisted class. We appreciate that unplanned events in life happen and aren't using this as punishment, rather attempting to put into place fair practices for everyone.
